How did that happen! Yesterday I swear he was knee-high to a grasshopper. Now he is 6'2" and towers over me. Yesterday he was this shy little bug hiding behind me. Today he walks ahead, pretending he doesn't know me. He still comes to me for his mama hugs. I don't think that will ever change.
He spent his birthday celebrating with friends at the country line dance club. Gone are the days of cake and ice cream with the neighborhood children.
He's become a beautiful young man.
