Essential oils can be used for so many things. I was able to try a few essential oils to review for you. Instanatural offers three essential oil scents, peppermint, lavender and lemon. They all have various healing properties, from headaches to astringent. They also smell delightful in a diffuser. I love peppermint for its uses of keeping rodents and spiders away! That's a wonderful thing of such a wonderful product. Lavender is calming, so some lavender in a diffuser after a long day, is so relaxing! I did read somewhere that peppermint is harmful to cats, so please do read up on what products you can use around your pets and children, before using this type if you have kids or pets who may get into it.
